He is a licensed Professional Engineer and a member in the Intelligent Transportation Systems America organizations and ITE and a member of Intelligent Transportation Systems Advance Transportation Controller National Standards. He has earned PHD in Transportation Planning and Engineering at NYU -Poly University, Master degrees in Transportation, Planning and Engineering and master in Electrical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Currently, Diniece oversees a multi-million dollar program to advance policies and initiatives that reduce the adverse impacts of trucks on infrastructure and communities while improving safety, truck delivery efficiency, and New York City’s economic competitiveness. She has 8 years of progressive experience leading, streamlining, assessing, and implementing large-scale transportation planning and performance systems across the Greater New York City area.
